right of withdrawal

Our right of withdrawal is valid for fourteen days. If your purchase was made more than fourteen days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you any right of withdrawal or exchange .

The withdrawal period begins as follows:
*in the case of a service contract, from the day on which the contract is concluded;
*in the case of a sales contract, from the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him takes possession of the goods;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and the item must be in its original packaging .

Some items are completely non-returnable. Hygiene items, health and personal care products and gift vouchers cannot be returned.

other EU countries
Orders from outside the EU are excluded from any exchange or cancellation rights.

promotional items
A refund can only be made for regular priced items; unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for a refund .

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify us of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You can use the attached model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within fourteen days .

Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted to your account.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable . If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for delivery plus credit card/Paypal fees will be deducted from your refund . We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping .

Uncollected packages:
A processing fee of ten euros plus credit card/PayPal fees and shipping costs for packages NOT picked up will be retained. The remaining amount will be refunded.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you are sending an item valued over €25, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
